He states the AC system is broken and not working correctly, says it produces cool air, but it's not running efficiently and runs his bill up and freezes. I was in the area so I met on site with the tenant at 2:16 PM. He had the AC off, inside temperature is recording at 86°. Ran system for 12 minutes, it produced cold air the entire time and dropped the temperature to 85° in that time period. The system appeared to operate correctly. There appears to be no violations at this time. Tenant had questions regarding the operation of the thermostat. I did explain in detail to tenant how to operate the thermostat. -VM |
