305 PM - At the west central portion of the complex, did find an approximately 15' x 30' area bordered by brick pavers in the dirt with markings and concrete items similar to headstones placed in ground. No structures or anything constructed that requires permits. I did not smell anything in this area, and observed no swarms of flies or other insects to suggest a health hazard. This does not appear to be a business operation that would be regulated. At this time, there does not appear to be any code violations present. Case will be closed. -VM |
