Met with the tenants and they were showing where the walls are blistering from moisture in the walls. Did see some cabinets in the bathroom that is swelling from moisture in the floor to the cabinets. They did have inspection hole made from someone testing for mold and have duct tape over the holes. The ceramic tile in the living room and dinning room has stains from moisture being in the area. The tenants stated that they clean the tile and the stains come back. Did check another area in the living room and it now has stains of water coming up and the baseboard is starting to swell. Will try and call the owner or the property manager for the property. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
