After inspection found that no one is living in sheds and no business is being run from property, Shed's don't have utilities and are under the 200' that's aloud, but two shed's are not meeting setbacks, advised owner he will need to move sheds just a couple of feet and just notify Development Services of sheds AND GET A COMPLIANCE REVIEW but that not permit is need, also advised will be issuing 30 day notice. |
