1259 PM - Home has been remodeled and there are no permits on file. New HVAC system installed on roof, previously was a swamp cooler. The enclosed carport has a new window installed on the wall facing the street which is a different size than the previous window. This may have been converted to living space. Observed no unstable walls. There is no broken glass or trash on the sidewalk or front yard. Homes is listed for sale and real estate ad describes a new block wall to be constructed. Due to the possibility of home being sold a new owner not being aware of violations, I posted a green tag and copy of notice for 16–4 on front window. Contact with worker on site and notified. -VM |
