305 PM - No accumulations of weeds over 6 inches. Prickly pear and cholla cactus are obstructing the sidewalk. Plant debris on the sidewalk. No bubble packaging found in front yard, however there is a pile of tree branch cuttings in front yard. Spoke to tenant on site and provided him with a 30 day notice, will mail a copy to owner. -VM |
