On site with tenant and property manager for an inspection of the unit. At this time there are no signs of an infestation of roaches. There is also a standing order with pest control to spray units every other Wednesday upon tenant request. There are no floor boards popping up. There are some vinyl boards in the bathroom that have a bit of moisture under them. They are not lifted. |
