Small bathroom in restaurant caught fire inside. Appears to have started in the trash can. Entire inside of bathroom blacked by smoke. LED lighting damaged. Shut down just the bathroom and had electrical circuit to this bathroom shut off. Issued notice of violation to shut bathroom down, permits required and idem form to Property Manager on site. Advised they hire a Licensed Electrician/Contractor to repair the bathroom under permit and to have the electrical evaluated and repaired under permit. |
