On site with TPD for an emergency call/car in building. A vehicle struck a commercial building causing minor damage to the metal exterior paneling and metal rolling door. The door frame to the rolling metal door has shifted from the foundation. Tenant will secure the small area of damage. This area is not large enough to gain access. NOV was handed to tenant. Structure has not been condemned. All utilities remain active. No damage to electric, water or gas. All repairs/replacements must be completed in 60 days by a licensed contractor. Permits may be required. |
