On site with TFD for a emergency call to residential structure fire(mobile home). The mobile home has sustained extreme fire damage which would be considered a total loss. There is no longer structural support and has completely collapsed. TEP has disconnected service the pole. Meter, meter pedestal and secondary pole have been completely destroyed by the fire. What remains of the structure is now damage material, trash and debris. Trash and debris will need to be removed and properly disposed of within 30 days. Was unable to verify Southwest Gas services. Property secured by tenant. All necessary paper work was handed to and signed by tenant. "Do not enter" signs were placed on fencing. Permits may be required if a new structure is placed/erected on the property. |
