On site and at this time there is an accumulation of dog feces abutting this property. There are three units. Unable to make contact or determine which unit is disposing dog feces in the alley. Multi-phones calls to all three units including property owner was made. No answer. LVM with all contact numbers. Will send notice to property owner. Property manager requested 2-3 days to abate. |
