On site at property with TFD, TEP, Southwest Gas and responsible party. There was a fire in the rear of the dwelling. Parcel is split between two addresses 1931 and 1933. Unit mailing address goes by 1933 E 34TH ST UNIT 2, however on Tucson Maps it is displayed unit is 1931. There was a small fire in the rear by their washing machines, and water heater. There is some damages to the structural, it appears the dwelling's fascia was damaged and their is smoke damages. Southwest Gas turned off Gas for the unit since the pipes were damages. TEP looked at the electrical and stated the damages were very low to were power can be safety be left on stated by TEP. Did not step inside the dwelling. Responsible party signed documents to secure their property. Permits Required. Will follow within 60 days. |
