On site initial inspection. The property is observed to have unattended vegetation, with grass and weeds in excess of 6 inches throughout the property. There is also refuse and debris throughout the front yard and the side yard of the property, abutting Golf Links and S Calle Cordova roads. It is observed that there is storage in the carport that is visible from beyond the boundaries of the lot where the amount of storage restricts an automobile from being properly stored within the carport. There is also storage of various items in the front yard which is a violation. Notice of violation sent in the mail. |
