On 04/06/2026 spoke with property manager who advised they had no open work orders for this unit. He stated he will call the tenant. Called tenant but she did not answer. On 04/13/2026, I had not received any calls back from tenant, so placed another call to her and was able to speak with her. She states manager contacted her back on 04/06/2026 and at this time cooler is working and requested complaint be closed. She is still unavailable for an inspection. Close case. -VM |
