On site inspection. It was observed that there were violations for a pool with stagnant brown water, and it was observed that the body of water that contains water eighteen (18) inches or more in depth at any point and that is wider than four (4) feet at any point. There was no additional fence that created a barrier around the pool that did not stop anyone from entering the stagnant water. It was also observed that there is overgrown and unattended vegetation located in the front yard and the back yard of the property, to include grass and/or weeds exceeding six (6) inches in height. Notice of violation sent in the mail. |
