On site at property work being done without permits at property to include addition to rear of main structure with structural, electrical and plumbing modifications, Carport being enclosed in front of property, appears that a full remodel has been done to interior of structure, in addition new ac unit installed, large gazebo built in rear of property all work has been done without permits. Stop work posted at front of property advised to owner no work can be done until permits are obtained. |
