On site inspection. It was observed that the following violations were associated with the property: Accumulation of vegetation in which weeds and/or grasses were exceeding six (6) inches in height on the property's front and side yards; also weeds and/or grasses violations were observed in the abutting area in the sidewalk in front of the house. There was also a violation for dead palm fronds, located in the front yard, that were within ten (10) feet of a structure/ground. Notice of violation posted on the door and notice of violation sent in the mail. |
