212 pm - Viewed property from the front right of way, and from the rear alley, as well as reviewed aerial views current and dating back to 2005. There appears to be no material changes to the property since 2005. The structure itself has a carport at the northwest side of property, built to the apparent property line at west side with electrical and water. On west side of parcel, porch structure built to the apparent property line and structure contains exposed wood missing treatment or paint. There is an apparent storage room at the southwest corner built to the apparent property line in alley. It has a corrugated metal roof. Attempted contact, person said homeowner is not home. Will be requiring additional research to determine if structures were permitted or if there is sufficient evidence to demonstrate the structures were built without permits. -VM |
