Several structures located on commercial lot. Main structure is secured. Garage in the back of the property is open. Appears homeless living inside garage. Bedding, trash, foils scattered around the interior of the garage. Shed in the back of main structure is secured. Contacted Arcadia to secure the garage. Property has refuse, pallets, tall grass and weeds and has 2 dead trees and graffiti on bldg. Will send the owner a notice. Will post shut down paper work on garage. Called listed phone number for the owner. No voice mail available. Owner did not answer the phone. |
