The apartment has signs of mice infetation that includes urine and droppings. The tenant indicated it has been ongoing since ctober and showed me pictures of several dead/dying mice on glue traps that the apartment had laid out. She indicated that the property management was not timely in the removal of these dead mice and was not working on a long term solution. Property management indicated that they had a professional come to quote the treatment of the whole bu8ilding and they were simply waiting on approval from tehir upper leadership. An NOV was sent to the coorporate office as well as the leasing office for this particulat complex. |
