1131 AM - Met with the owner of the property on site who voluntarily allowed access to the property. Viewed a birdcage in the carport and counted 17 birds inside of the cage. None of the birds are making any excessive noise at this time and the noise is consistent with the sounds of wild birds in nature in the surrounding community. Owner voluntarily allowed us to search the rest of the property. There was one additional birdcage at the rear of the property which contained one bird. Owner states there are no birds inside of the home. It would appear that there is a total of 18 birds on the property and they do not appear to be creating a public nuisance at this time. -VM |
