A detached structure has been constructed at the far southwest corner of property sometime after 2023. Unable to see remainder of rear yard and a site inspection shall be conducted on the approved permit prior to completing it to verify site matches plan. In addition, there is unpermitted electrical work in the form of a conduit run with outlets and junction box on the front exterior of the home. There is additional electrical work including conduit and installation of an electric vehicle charging station in the carport. Knocked at door no ans. Left a notice of violation on the front door. -VM |
