On site - Met with tenant who expressed concerns throughout the unit. Observed dead roaches, ceiling register not secured with screws in bathroom, flooring issues, front door shows daylight when closed. Spoke with management who explained that the unit just went on the pest control weekly service one week earlier, and they have fixed other issues. Issuing notice of violation. |
