After an onsite initial inspection, it was observed that the property owner is in violation of overgrown vegetation that is blocking the path of a sidewalk from the property to the abutting sidewalk area. It was also observed that there are grass and weeds throughout the front yard and side yard of the property exceeding six (6) inches in height, there is a dead tree in the front yard that is a violation and there is a palm tree that has dead palm fronds within ten (10) feet of the ground and/or a structure. There is also a weather protection violation for wood fascia boards above the garage that requires protective treatment. Notice of violation sent in the mail. |
