TFD-APT fire in 5306. Sprinkler system put fire out and flooded rental unit located below rental unit. Electrical system exposed to water. Licensed Electrician required to evaluate electrical system to make sure system is completely dried out and safe. Permits may by be required to replace damaged drywall and insulation. Rental unit shut down and paper work issued to property mgr. Occupants relocated out of rental. Unit posted |
