Accidental fire in kitchen #5306. Fire sprinkler system put the fire out and flooded rental unit #5306. Licensed Electrician required to evaluate the electrical system to make sure it’s completely dried out and Licensed Plumber required to repair sprinkler system. Rental unit shut down, paper work issued and unit posted. |
