Stove top fire in rental unit #5306. Fire sprinkler system put the fire out right away. Rental unit is completely flooded. Insulation, drywall and flooring damaged by water. Shut down rental unit. Permits required to repair damaged rental unit. Licensed Electrician to evaluate the electrical system to verify system is completely dried out and safe before reigniting electrical system. Complete shut down paper work, indemnification paper works post rental unit. |
