House fire caused by electrical strips daisy chained together. House had damage to the electrical system, mechanical, plumbing, ceiling, walls, flooring damaged by fire, smoke and water. Issued notice to vacate, permits required, indemnification form issued. Posted hse. unsafe to live in. TEP locked out, SWG shut off gas before I arrived. Permits will be required. |
