On site at property with Inspector F.M. and owner. All the drywall has been removed in the interior see photos for reference. There is no longer an egress or unsanitary violations for this property. Restoration company has a chain-link fence for the front exterior and wood board for the front window of the property for securement. Property is undergoing maintenance, remodeling / major repairs for interior of the property. Permits are required. |
