On site inspection. It was observed that various trees and/or shrubs on the property or on the adjoining right-of-way, street, or alley that extends over or under the sidewalk space or roadway in a manner that is interfering with the reasonable use of the street and/or sidewalk for pedestrian or vehicular use. It was observed that the trees and/or shrubs are obstructing the pedestrian path. Grass and weeds were in excess of 6 inches in the front and side yards of the property. Notice of violation sent in the mail. |
