Knock at the door. No answer. Checked electrical pedestal. Meter removed and lock placed on the box. Noticed orange extension cord buried under ground leading to neighboring mobile home. Mini split connected to the mobile home is from MEXICO not rated for UL. Post notice to vacate shut down paper work and permits required to reconnect electrical. Placed placards on structure.
