Arrived to property. Found water leak under home. Found cockroaches. Found door in the rear of home has been bolted shut. Found door in front of home coming apart. Found corner of bedroom sinking. Found electrical that does not work in half of home. Spoke with residents and they have tried and have been unsuccessful contacting manager. No hot water. Went to office but nobody was there. Will send Notice of Violation. Received a call from the park owner and he stated that the home itself was owned by the current tenant and they have not finished the paperwork to transfer the title. He will provide all supporting paperwork. The tenants say that they do not own the trailer and have nothing in way of this. |
