Emergency call, onsite with TPD and TFD. Fire started outside of maintenance room and spread under the door into maintenance room. Holes in drywall due to TFD fire check. Heat, smoke and possible electrical damage. Breaker to maintenance room isolated and turned off. Notice of Violation to obtain and secure permits as needed for repairs, Indemnification and Emergency Abatement and Order to Vacate all signed by complex management. Only maintenance room was condemned and secured. |
