The property has damage to the roof of the enclosed Arizona room in the rear of the property caused by a tree falling. There is no indication the structure has sustained damage making the property unsafe. The reported "hole in the roof" is the safe of a basketball. There is also damage to the facia on the Eastern side of the property. According to thye owners son, the tree fell in January and they have been working with insurance to have it repaired. Many of the repairs have already been completed and they are aware that permits may be required for further work. Of secondary concern, there is accumulation of storage and trash in the front and side yards as well as overgrowth and dead vegetation stored in the alley that they are working to clear. |
