Property has overgrown vegetation surrounding the structure. the building had been boarded up but several of the wood panels have been pulled off, some windows have been broken in the process. There is trash, large and small throughout the property that includes mattresses, drug paraphanelia, paper discard, sccrap wood and metal, and other discarded refuse. The propertyy has a large open trench on the western edge of the property. |
