1049 AM - Inspection on site with worker. Exterior windows are not wood and are some other material. All exterior doors visible are wood except the door just south of electrical panels, which is aluminum. Plans appear to depict this door as existing. Measured fireplace, to the height of the lip of the fireplace is 8 feet. Worker measured height of chimney reports height is 104 inches, the height of which appears to be in line with the approved elevation plan. I did not locate a note in the plans that specify the height of the chimney from ground level or the fireplace. There is no height of the fireplace depicted on the elevation. Will require additional research. -VM |
