Observed a pick up truck that is filled with trash and debris. Also observed a carport that was filled with trash, debris, and excessive outdoor storage. The R/V was not sticking out in the right of way. In fact, there is not really a sidewalk or right of way anywhere in this area, I would actually consider this area a part of the driveway of the property. |
