Onsite at property, verified overgrown weeds, vehicle on property is not inoperable it belongs to tenant. There is minimal trash at this time and no one on property except for one tenant currently. Called and spoke to owner. Only violation at this time is overgrown weeds over 6 inches in height throughout the property. |
