Case was handed off to me. It does not appear a notice was sent out to the owner of this property. Reviewed the case and the property. The property is an old adobe house missing windows, doors. It appears the exterior walls are showing signs of deterioration at the base of the wall stucco is falling off exposing the dirt foundation, large portions of the stucco at the front end of the house are falling off around the front window. Structural wood support beam for the porch are charred by a previous fire. Electrical service has been disconnected over 10 years back. Exterior walls have large cracks and holes in the walls. Several windows are wide open creating an unsafe condition to the public. The property has a large ramada installed without permits and has not been maintained and is also poses a safety risk to the residents in the area. Property shows signs of fires that have occured on the vacant lot. This property is and continues to be a threat to the health and safety to any person in this community. Oblique aerials show the roof has a large hole in the roof that has been there since 2024. Property is filled with refuse, junk motor vehicles 2 boats and one Ford (no license plates 2 tone black and silver) and a white Ford F150 Az lic #NBA 1N5 filled with refuse parked in the public right-of-way area.. A notice will be sent to the owner of this property lot. Vehicle parked in the right-of-way will be reported to TPD. |
