On site at the property and I spoke with the tenant in unit 517 and she stated that the hot water has not worked since 12/2024. I also spoke with the management to inform them of my intentions to cite the property for lack of response with maintenance. I also visited units 1001, 102, and 608 and I left my business card at the doors. |
