Metal fence does exists and the owners did have some outstanding issues to resolve with PDSD concerning zoning and the fence installation. It was under case# CE-VIO0125-00138 and the owners are apparently aware of the situation, since they have submitted and application for the permit and had it withdrawn. PDSD gave the owner follow-up instructions that have not been addressed thus far. I will go straight to citation with this case. |
