Owner has hazardous electrical through out the property. Owner is also using car batteries and solar for electrical. Owner added foam onto mobile home siding. Owner is allowing neighbor from 2431 S. Fickett Ave to use his electrical. Issued notice to neighbor. Went to talk to owner and found the electrical violations. Also notice various structures added to property. Electrical upgrade permits expired. Do not see any permits for the various structures added to the property. Issued a Notice to Vacate for hazardous electrical. Pictures posted. |
