Rear yard is surrounded by a 5ft wall on all sides, storage in the rear yard is permissible. The storage is not excessive and does not cover more than 25 percent of the lot. There is a pile of trash and debris on the south side yard that needs to be removed. There is a structure at the northwest part of the property, did not observe any bobcats in or around the structure. There is a second structure along the south wall of property does not have any bobcats. Both structures are in a level of dilapidation, owner states they will be looking to demolish both. 30 day compliance for storage, junk motor vehicle, and trash and debris. There are no longer any openings into the structure. All dead portions of the large mesquite tree growing over the above referenced structure have been cut back and removed.
