On site with Inspector B.T. TFD, TEP and responsible party. There was a fire to the interior of the unit, damages include electrical and is unfit to occupy. Condemnation. TEP pinned the meter and TFD turned of gas. Responsible party signed they will secured the property within 24hours. Permits required. |
