The storage shed is not equipped with utilities. Contact was made with the occupant and it was confirmed that he is currently living in the storage shed. There is an accumulation of litter, trash and refuse in the easement abutting the property. Contact was made with owner and no permission to live was given to the individual living in the storage shed. Let occupant know that we would be back in 48hrs to post (Unsafe to Enter) signs on the storage sheds. Returned on 03/26/25 occupant of storage shed was inside the storage shed. Owner signed "Emergency Abatement and Order to Vacate" form. Signs were posted on storage shed. |
