The evaporative coolers have been removed from the roof. Called owner, he said he has a contractor doing drywall and roofing. Informed him he has no permits, and he states he didn’t know he needed permits, and provided contractor phone number. Called and spoke with contractor. Advised permits required for any additional work. Reposted both red tags and posted Stop Work Order green tags on both units. 30 days to get permits, or citation. -VM |
