On site with owner and tenant. TEP removed the meter on 06/12/24. The structure was posted unsafe to occupy. The Owner sign the handwritten NOV and Indemnification. Inform the owner and tenant a permit would be required from PDSD for reconnect of electricity. Owner will secure the property. |
