Visited site and took pictures. Spoke to the owner on the phone and explained Stop Work Order. Posted Stop Work Order. The roof and material were new, there was new windows, the structure has freshly coated stucco, a new porch was built utilizing brick columns, an open electrical boxes were noted as well as new NM cables on the attic area. Exterior wall has been extended and supports a new beam. New truss could be seen from the porch Other evidence of a remodel were present. |
