Visited site and took pictures. Spoke to the owner on the phone and explained Stop Work Order. Posted Stop Work Order. The roof and material were new, there was new windows, the structure has freshly coated stucco, a new porch was built, an open electrical box was noted as was underground electric to the gates. Other evidence of a remodel were present. |
