Met w/Contractor on site. Metal frame window resized installed on the west side of the house. Issued a STOP WORK order to the Contractor. Explained this area is a Historical Preservation Zone (HPZ) Any changes to the exterior need to be reviewed by the Historical review. I also let him know IF he is doing any type of electrical, plumbing, mechanical or structural a permit is required. |
